Your credit card or payment method will be charged 100% of the total order amount at the time the order is placed. This allows production scheduling, material allocation, and custom manufacturing preparation to begin immediately.

During peak outdoor furniture season, fabric backorders, or periods of high demand, production timelines may extend beyond the standard lead time estimate.

All custom outdoor cushions manufactured by Cascadia Outdoor Cushions include a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use conditions.
This workmanship warranty includes manufacturing-related issues such as:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, improper installation, severe weather exposure, pool chemicals, cleaning chemicals, suntan lotions, sunscreen products, pets, or environmental conditions outside normal residential outdoor use.
Additionally, normal wear and tear, gradual fading from prolonged UV exposure, fabric aging, foam softening over time, and improper off-season storage are not considered manufacturing defects.

Outdoor performance fabrics carry separate manufacturer warranties based on the individual fabric brand and application.
Sunbrella® fabrics include a five (5) year limited warranty against excessive color fading and strength loss under normal outdoor exposure conditions, including sunlight and atmospheric exposure.
Outdura® and Tempotest® outdoor fabrics also provide limited manufacturer warranties designed to protect against excessive fading and material deterioration under normal outdoor use conditions.
If qualifying outdoor fabric becomes unserviceable due to excessive fading, strength loss, or manufacturer-covered defects during the warranty period, the affected fabric may be repaired or replaced in the original color and pattern when available.
If the original outdoor fabric has been discontinued, a similar replacement fabric may be offered at the discretion of the manufacturer.
