Order Status & Lead Times for Custom Outdoor Cushions & Replacement Slings
At Cascadia Outdoor Cushions, every product we create is custom-made to order
built specifically for your space, your furniture, and your chosen fabric.
We don’t pull items from a warehouse shelf. We craft them just for you.
That means a little patience is required… but the result is something truly worth it.

Most custom cushion and replacement sling orders ship within approximately 6–8 weeks. However, because every order is custom-made and built specifically for your furniture and fabric selection, lead times can occasionally extend to 8–10 weeks or longer during peak season or when certain fabrics are temporarily backordered.
Spring and early summer are typically the busiest times of year for outdoor cushion production, which can increase overall production schedules across the industry. We always recommend ordering well in advance if your project is connected to a specific event, gathering, or seasonal deadline.

The most common cause of delays is fabric availability. Because your cushions are made using the exact fabric you selected, production cannot begin until that material arrives from the fabric mill.
Occasionally, manufacturers such as Sunbrella®, Outdura®, Tempotest®, and other outdoor fabric suppliers experience temporary backorders or shipping delays, especially during high-demand seasons. In these situations, production schedules may extend beyond the original estimated lead time.
If your fabric is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible and may be able to recommend similar in-stock alternatives to help speed up your order.

Because every cushion and sling is custom-made and completed in sequence, we do not provide routine production updates while orders are being manufactured. Once your order is placed, it enters the production queue and continues moving through the scheduled process until completion.
We understand customers are excited to receive their new cushions, but during production there are typically no milestone updates beyond the original quoted lead time. As soon as your order ships, you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

No. All orders are processed in the order they are received, and contacting customer service before the quoted lead time will not accelerate production.
That said, we are always happy to answer general questions or assist with concerns regarding your order. Our goal is to provide realistic expectations and transparent communication throughout the custom ordering process.

In some cases, yes. If your selected fabric is temporarily backordered or delayed, we may be able to suggest similar in-stock fabrics that could help reduce production time.
Because fabric availability plays a major role in custom cushion manufacturing, selecting an available fabric can sometimes move your order into production more quickly. If delays occur, our team will gladly discuss alternative options with you.

Yes. Lead times naturally fluctuate throughout the year based on seasonal demand and fabric availability.
Spring and early summer are typically the busiest times for outdoor cushion production, which can increase lead times industry-wide. During off-season months, production schedules may shorten slightly depending on overall order volume and material availability.
Because outdoor cushions are custom-made products, production timing is always influenced by current demand, manufacturing schedules, and fabric supply conditions.
