Order Status

Once your order is placed, it is carefully entered into our production schedule and processed in the order received. Because every cushion, pillow, and replacement sling we create is custom-made specifically for your furniture and fabric selection, production works differently than ordering mass-produced inventory from a warehouse.

Your order is individually handcrafted to your specifications, which means there are no routine “in-progress” updates during production. This is completely normal for custom-made products. As soon as your order leaves the manufacturing facility, you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We understand it’s exciting to receive your new cushions, and we truly appreciate your patience while we create something made specifically for your outdoor space.

Production Updates During Order Processing

Because every cushion and sling we produce is custom-built and completed in sequence, we do not provide mid-production status updates during manufacturing. Once your order enters production, the status remains active and on schedule unless there is a material delay or issue requiring our attention.

For example, if your quoted lead time is 6–8 weeks and you contact us at week 3, the update will still reflect the original estimated timeframe. There are no separate milestones or partial completion notices during this stage of production.

Rest assured that your order is moving through the production queue as scheduled, and you will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Typical production lead times are approximately 6–8 weeks, although timing can vary throughout the year. Spring and early summer are our busiest production seasons, and lead times may extend during periods of high demand.

Fabric availability also plays a major role in production scheduling. We work with premium outdoor fabrics including Sunbrella®, Outdura®, Tempotest®, and other specialty performance textiles. Occasionally, fabric mills experience delays or temporary backorders, which can extend production timelines to 8–10 weeks or longer.

If your selected fabric becomes unavailable or delayed, we will contact you as quickly as possible. In many cases, we can recommend similar in-stock fabric alternatives that may help speed up production.
