Important Fabric Information:

Most outdoor fabrics, including Sunbrella®, are 54" wide, and stripes or patterns typically run across that width (selvage to selvage). For this reason, the maximum width we can cut from the fabric without turning or piecing it is 53", allowing for necessary seam allowances.

For cushions wider than 53":

• The cushion must be made down the roll (with the length of the fabric).

• Stripes and patterns will be positioned front-to-back on the cushion, not side-to-side.

• To maintain proper orientation of the design, wider cushions may require piecing or seaming, especially with stripes or directional patterns.

• This is not a concern with solid colors or non-directional textures, which look great in any orientation.

If your selected fabric has a stripe or distinctive pattern, we’ll ensure it’s applied with care—but please be aware that seams may be required to maintain the correct direction and visual flow.
